OUR COFFEES

Caffeine in coffee is at the same percentage, only the acidity and bitterness that change during roasting. We always aim to bring the best out of the beans we source and therefore we experiment much time until we get the right taste notes that we feel shows the best in flavour and aroma that will complement and enhance the individual characteristics of the crops. We are always open to your views and discussions while we develop and continue ahead in our journey.
