Blend of the finest handpicked pick of the finest Yellow bourban and red Catuai green beans at source by the farmer. These beans are washed and tried at source and shipped direct to us for roasting. We have only a small quantity so don't waste any time in trying it before it runs out.
BRAZIL - Yellow Bourbon (Microlot)
Single Origin 1200 Meters Above Sea Level. This farm in Alta Vista has two varietals, Yellow Catuaí and Yellow Bourbon which are both prized speciality coffee for their clarity of fruit and sweetness. The coffee trees are protected from the sun and occasional strong winds by the banana crop that provides additional income to the farm also they have a small lake stocked with carp and trout for the family and farm-workers. Recently, this - speciality coffee farm’s micro natural crop came second in the Cup of Excellence.
