Costa Rican coffees are typically cleaner and lighter bodied than most, with sweeter undertones typically noted. These are high quality beans and ready to be roasted freshly to your order. Single Origin grown at altitude 1,400 to 1,800 Meters Above Sea Level. 
  
This special ‘Don Alfonso’ coffee represents the very best of the harvest from the famous Aquiares Estate in Turrialba, Costa Rica. ‘Don Alfonso’ coffees bear the name of Don Alfonso Robelo, patriarch of one of the owning families of the estate who took over farm management in 1992 and made the social welfare of farm workers and the wider community one of his main priorities. 
 
Peach tea, nectarine, and lemon with honeyed sweetness complements of citrus acidity.
 
All our coffee is hand roasted in small matches to orders weekly to ensure that your coffee is always at its peak of freshness and flavour!

    RETURNS AND EXCHANGES: We want you to love your coffee. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you may return the item within 14 days of receiving it for exchange, but please talk to us first.

    Delivery Rates
    Please note that our shipping is calculated based on the physical weight of the coffee bag and the outer carton the product is shipped in. This is due to how shipping is calculated by the providers we use.


    Under 2kg = Free of charge (Royal Mail Standard Delivery)
    2.01kg - 25kg = £6.95 (DPD Delivery)

     

    We also offer the following options for Royal Mail Tracked Delivery:
    Under 0.5kg = £4.50
    0.51kg - 1kg = £5.00
    1.01kg - 1.5kg = £5.95
    1.51kg - 2kg = £6.95


    We do not offer this service over 2kg.
    We would recommend that you choose tracked shipping if you feel that its necessary.
